Straw color, with decisive aromas of citrus and orange blossom. Excellent minerality, in the mouth it is fresh, harmonious and spicy. Pairs well with fish, seafood and white meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 10/12°C.
Shelf Life:
Wine to be consumed immediately or stored for two to three years at most.
Vinification and Aging:
Destemming, soft pressing and static settling at controlled temperature. Maturation for about 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to bring out the characteristic notes of the grape variety. After bottling, further bottle aging follows for about one month at controlled temperature.
