Wine to be consumed immediately or stored for three to five years at most.
Vinification and Aging:
Destemming, soft pressing and static settling at controlled temperature. Maturation for about 2 months in steel tanks on fine lees to bring out the characteristic notes of the grape variety. After bottling, further bottle aging follows for about one month at controlled temperature.
